Our Booking Policy and Cancellation Policy is simple.

Reservations must be paid in full at time of booking. No refunds or cancellations made after 36 hours before activity departure time, or two hours after reservation is made (for reservations made less than 36 hours prior to activity departure time).(Interior Jeep Tours have different rules, see Jeep Tours)

No shows will not be refunded.

Cancellations must be in writing by email to: tocisales@gmail.com No cancellations may be made by telephone.

Check in at Tour Activity Providers facility 15 minutes prior to reserved activity start time. Tours begin promptly at Reserved Time. Tours will not be held after Reserve Time and participation will be subject to activity availability or considered no show dependant on tour type.

For Jet Ski / Waverunners
Operators must be 18 yrs. old. Except 16 and 17 year old may operate with their legal guardian as a passenger.

Privacy Policy:
All on line reservations are handled by checkfront.com secure system. Once we receive personally identifiable information as part of the reservation process, we take steps to protect its security on our systems. In the event we request or transmit sensitive information, such as credit card information, we use industry standard, secure socket layer (“SSL”) encryption.
